Wappr help centre

Wappr is a multi-workspace platform for running WhatsApp Business messaging: approved templates, a shared team inbox, campaigns, automation and commerce — with plan-based quotas throughout.

Who this manual is for

  • Team members / agents — reply to customers, use quick replies, run campaigns.
  • Workspace owners and admins — connect WhatsApp, invite teammates, choose a plan, configure compliance.
  • Platform super-admins — operate Wappr itself: review templates, oversee tenants, revenue and support.
  • Developers — integrate Wappr with your own systems through the REST API and webhooks.

How Wappr is organised

Everything you do happens inside a workspace. A workspace has its own WhatsApp Business connection, contacts, templates, team, plan and billing. If you belong to more than one, switch between them from the workspace picker at the top of the sidebar.

The left sidebar groups features into Messaging, Audience, Commerce, Governance and Workspace. Super-admins additionally see an Admin section that sits outside any single workspace.
