These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between UCSSOFT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at A-411, NX-One, T3, Techzone IV, UP, India ("GetPulseRelay", "we", "us"), and the business or individual that creates an account or uses the Services ("Customer" or "you"). 1. The Services

GetPulseRelay provides software to send and receive messages over WhatsApp (via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform), SMS, RCS and email; run campaigns, chatbots and automations; manage a shared inbox; generate optional AI reply suggestions; and manage catalogues and orders. Features may change over time. Some channels depend on third parties (such as Meta and telecom carriers) whose availability and rules are outside our control.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys, for all activity under your workspace, and for the actions of users you invite. Notify us promptly at support@getpulserelay.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not opted in.
  • Violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Business Terms, or the rules of any carrier or channel provider.
  • Violate anti-spam and telemarketing laws, including the US TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act, India's TRAI TCCCPR regulations, the EU ePrivacy rules and similar laws.
  • Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content, or promote prohibited goods and services.
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Collect sensitive data (such as full card numbers, passwords or government IDs) via messages in breach of channel policies.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Services, bypass rate limits or quotas, or access other tenants' data.
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.

6. Meta and carrier charges

Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations or messages according to its own pricing, and carriers and providers charge for SMS, RCS and email delivery. Unless your plan states otherwise, these third-party charges are separate from our subscription fees and are billed by the provider directly to the account you connect, or passed through to you. We are not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, template approvals, quality ratings or account restrictions imposed by Meta or carriers.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict the Services immediately if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or channel policies, creating a security or legal risk, or have unpaid fees, or if Meta or a carrier requires it. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice. You may close your workspace at any time.
